Belgrade Hippodrome

Belgrade hippodrome was opened in 1914 and it is the oldest sports venue in Belgrade and in Serbia.

It has 5,000 seats.

From April till October, during 32 racing days competitions are organized.
The most important races are the Derby of Gallopers and Trotters and the Hippodrome Cup Race.

All these activities are greatly influencing the breeding, selection and quality of race horses, and the development of equestrian sports.

The modern betting office, restaurants with their gardens are offering leisure and entertainment.
