Accommodation capacity is 32 beds, ethno room and conference room.

In the nearest vicinity of Donji Milanovac there is the neolit settlement approximately 8000 years old, which had about 600 inhabitants, with the cultural layer od 3, 5 m and 59 discovered houses on the same trapezoid basis and the monumental sculptures made of the Danube stones.
